One dish that I like is stuffed bell peppers. For this particular dish we made it very simply with bell peppers, ground beef, rice rosemary,sage and thyme with sautéed portobello mushrooms and cheese on top. The first step to making this dish is prepping the oven to about 350° and get the ground beef, thyme , Rosemary and Sage and cook it all till the meat is cooked about 75-80% through. After the oven is preheated put the peppers in to caramelize for about 10 minutes. We used already cooked rice so it was easier just to add the rice into the ground beef when the ground beef was ready, and start sautéing the mushrooms. When the peppers are done caramelizing pull them out add the ground beef top it with cheese the portobello mushrooms and put it back in the oven for about five minutes to melt the cheese. We also added rice and avocado to balance the plate better.
